Gimme Something To Write On, Man
I know, I haven't posted anything for a couple days. This has been a result of a couple things. (1) I've been a bit preoccupied with other matters; and (2) There's nothing of substance that I've read or heard of in the news that warrants writing about.
To wit, CNN ("The Most Trusted Name In News") is currently doing exposes on the Fort Lauderdale Family Court Judge in the Anna Nicole Smith DNA hearing/trial, the Paparazzi ("Chasing Angelina [Jolie]"), and "Fighting Back" against high cell phone bills.
Yes, I know you're thinking, "Bowl, given this choice of such hard-hitting journalistic topics, there's got to be an absolute plethora of fine material for you to write about."
Yah, not so much.
Despite my deep and abiding respect for the great minds at work behind these hard-hitting news stories, I'm going to go read "The International Herald-Tribune" and "Le Monde" for a bit to rebuild some IQ points.
